FOURMIST - Refund & Return Policy
At FOURMIST, our goal is to deliver the freshest and crunchiest Makhanas to your doorstep. Since our products are food items, our return policy is designed keeping hygiene and safety in mind:
1. Return Policy
• Hygiene & Safety: Because Makhana is a perishable food product, we do not accept returns based on "Change of Mind" or "Personal Taste Preference."
• Non-Returnable: Once the seal of the pouch/container is broken, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
We offer a refund or a free replacement only under the following specific conditions:
• If you received the Wrong Flavor/Item.
• If the parcel arrived Damaged (torn pouch or broken container) at the time of delivery.
• If there is a Missing Item (you received fewer items than ordered).
3. Mandatory: Unboxing Video Policy ⚠️
To prevent fraudulent claims and to help us serve you better, an Unboxing Video is compulsory.
• Please record a continuous video while opening the parcel.
• The Sealed Tape and the label must be clearly visible in the video.
• Please Note: Without a clear unboxing video, we will be unable to process claims for damaged, leaked, or missing products.
4. Self-Damage
• Damage caused by the customer while opening the package (e.g., accidental cuts with a knife or dropping the container) is not covered under this policy.
• Our team will verify the video to determine if the damage occurred during transit or after delivery.
5. How to Initiate a Claim?
If you face any issues, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery:
