• We strive to ensure that all information regarding our Foxnuts (Makhana), including photos, weight, and flavors, is accurate. However, actual product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography lighting.
• Since Makhana is a natural agricultural product, slight variations in size and shape are normal and expected.
3. Pricing and Payments
• The MRP displayed on the website is final. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; however, the price confirmed at the time of your order will remain unchanged for that transaction.
• All payments must be processed through our integrated online gateways. An order is only considered confirmed once the payment is successfully processed.
4. Shipping and Delivery
• We source our Makhanas from Bihar, process and pack them in Jaipur, and ship them across India.
• Delivery timelines are subject to our courier partners' schedules. While FOURMIST is not liable for transit delays, we will provide full assistance to help you track and receive your order as soon as possible.
5. User Conduct
• Users are prohibited from posting offensive comments, using abusive language, or engaging in spamming activities on our website or social media handles.
• Copying, reproducing, or stealing our unique packaging designs, branding, or intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
6. Governing Law (Jurisdiction)
• In the event of any dispute or legal disagreement, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, where our primary setup is located.
