We know you’re excited to snack on your favorite Makhanas! That’s why we strive to get our premium roasted snacks to you as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Order Processing Time
• Every order takes 24 to 48 hours to be dispatched from our Jaipur facility.
• Orders are not processed on Sundays and Public Holidays; these will be dispatched on the following working day.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
We deliver across India. Once your order is dispatched, the typical timelines are:
• Rajasthan & Delhi NCR: 2–4 working days.
• Other Metro Cities: 4–6 working days.
• Rest of India (Remote Areas): 6–8 working days.
• Note: Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to heavy rains, festivals, or courier logistics issues beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
• Free Shipping: We offer FREE delivery on all orders above ₹499!
• Standard Shipping: For smaller orders, a nominal shipping fee is charged at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
• As soon as your order leaves our Jaipur setup, we will send a tracking link to your registered WhatsApp number or Email.
• You can use this link to track the real-time status of your FOURMIST package.
5. Incorrect Address or Phone Number
• Please ensure that your shipping address and mobile number are 100% accurate.
• If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges will apply to resend the package.
6. Damaged in Transit
• If the outer packaging appears heavily damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the parcel and inform us immediately.
• Please remember to follow our Unboxing Video Policy for any claims regarding internal damage or missing items.
